All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until applicable turnover conditions are met. Attempting to abuse bonus terms will result in bonus forfeiture.
EpicWin reserves the right to request identity documents (MyKad, passport, or equivalent) before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and is non-negotiable.
EpicWin operates under international gaming licensing. Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using EpicWin is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

Each eligible individual may open and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through third-party arrangements — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. EpicWin reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. EpicWin will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify EpicWin support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].
EpicWin reserves the right to refuse registration of any Account, or to suspend or close any existing Account, at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
EpicWin accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Bank Transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20), and BNB, with the equivalent MYR value credited at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
All deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. EpicWin does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered account holder will be reversed, and the associated account will be suspended for review.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without EpicWin's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EpicWin, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other financial loss.
EpicWin's total cumulative liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
EpicWin does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, for which EpicWin shall not be held liable.
EpicWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting EpicWin's customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and KYC completion) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon account closure.
Accounts that have been closed due to proven breach of these Terms — including confirmed fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotional systems — will not be entitled to the return of any balance, including Real Money Balance, pending the outcome of any relevant investigation.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which EpicWin's gaming licence is issued, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, Account balance, or the interpretation of these Terms, players are required to submit their complaint in writing to EpicWin's customer support team in the first instance. EpicWin will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through EpicWin's internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution body designated by EpicWin's licensing authority. The decision of such body shall be final and binding on both parties.
EpicWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, EpicWin will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document.
Amendments take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and notify EpicWin's customer support to close your Account.
